All our refurbished desktops and laptops are sold with a standard 12 month return to base warranty. Meaning any hardware purchased must be returned to us for repair or replacement. All hardware products come with the option to upgrade the warranty. Software is as you can understand doesn’t come with any warranty.

During this warranty we will provide product support via phone and email. To which a valid invoice number must be supplied. If for any reason this troubleshooting is unable to resolve the issue we will issue a RMA number and request the unit(s) be returned to us for testing, repair or replacement. We hope to complete all RMAs within 7 days of returned products.

Used and refurbished batteries are not covered under warranty.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order / invoice number. Also please provide a brief description of the issue. Mistakes seldom happen seldom but on the occasion they do, we endeavour to resolved them for you immediately.

If any items are damaged during transit or if there any missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone or email, we will issue an RMA number and request the goods be returned to us.

In the case you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately, before the item is sent to warehouse for configuration / upgrade. In this case we will provide a full refund to your payment method without charge.

If your order has already been sent to warehouse and dispatched then as a customer you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection within fourteen days, beginning on the day you purchase the product(s).

The “Cooling off Period” clause only applies if you are a consumer and doesn’t apply to business customers.

We do not charge a restocking fee for refurbished goods that are returned in the same condition they were dispatched, within the Cooling off Period.

Return Shipping Costs and Safe Transportation are the full responsibility of the customer.
